Red steering wheel 1928-29. This is a red rust colour, and was used from the beginning of production until as late as February of 1929.

Black steering wheel 1928-29. Ford began using the black splined steering wheel around August of 1928. It was used on all 7-tooth sector boxes. Made in USA.
