How to prepare a template for use in cutting your Masonite(tm), carpet and vinyl.
How to make a flat piece of Masonite(tm) conform to your curved roof.
How to determine where to insert screws into your roof.
What products and techniques to use in completing your roof installation project.
How to bend aluminum trim moulding to fit the rounded rear corners of your sedan body.
How to seal your trim moulding so it is weather tight.
This method of roof installation differs from the factory method because it does not use chicken wire like the factory used. When completed, we believe this roof will perform better and be more quiet as you drive down the road. This video was made as our experts installed a roof on a car owned by one of our other club members.
