| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We only accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be dispatched. (Some larger/heavy items may require a deposit). Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to be shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Postage All orders are dispached by either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS. Every delivery will require a signature. Economy Delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses excluding some Scottish Highland regions. Some oversized or heavy items will carry a surcharge and will not qualify for economy delivery. |

| Returns Policy Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition and in original, undamaged packaging. Returned items will not be accepted, if they are received by us in imperfect condition (including smoking aroma) and not in their original packaging. Faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. We will then issue a returns reference and arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate to that particular item. The customer has 7 days to return any unwanted item at their own expense. Please note that Special, made to order items, e.g. Artist Bears, Steiff Studio Animals etc. are non returnable. In the unusual event of an item being returned, the customer will be refunded, less our postage and packing costs. If our postage and packaging costs exceeded the postage paid by the customer, we will deduct the difference from the refund.
